The Chriwa After Sales Service is an important part of our philosophy to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction.

Continuity, personal commitment and an effective data processing system enable us to meet the daily customer’s requirements for quick response and support. Confidence, satisfaction and long lasting relations are the response of our world-wide customers.

A well sorted and organized stock of spares and consumables allows Chriwa to provide immediate delivery in most cases. Aggregates and components can be provided on short notice, too.

Operating and auxiliary materials for the water treatment as well as filter materials such as special activated carbon type Chriwacarbon LF, filter sands Chriwasan, filter materials for the removal of metallic trace elements ChriwaFilt, ion exchanger resins etc. are kept on stock in sufficient quantity for almost immediate delivery. For most filter materials Chriwa holds food-grade certificates for the beverage/mineral water industry.

Regular preventive maintenance and service on basis of a Service Contract assure an optimal operational availability of Chriwa-plants. For many countries our service team has permanent visa to enable a fast assistance to our customers in case of disturbances, backed by locally available personnel or partners.

It is our aim to maintain a high grade of the functionality and to keep the Chriwa plants in good order and condition. Down times and subsequent costs are kept at the minimum.

An experienced team is available to coordinate all details of shipping, documentation and special certificates like GOST-R with the customer in order to ensure a fast delivery and smooth customs clearing.
